Kamel Belhamel is a founder and editor in chief of the Algerian Journal of Natural Products (E-ISSN: 2353-0391 : http://univ-bejaia.dz/ajnp) (2014- present). Lrhoul Hanae is Professor of Library and Information Science at Rabat School of the Information Sciences in Morocco. Her current work focuses on open access resources, open repositories and science mapping. As an avid Librarian, she is engaged in the development of the open access in the Maghreb region since 2009. In addition, she has coordinated many international projects: The establishment of the Maghreb repository (European commission Tempus project), the founder of the Moroccan medical journal portal (Hassan II university of Casablanca in Morocco, and the coordination of the research expertise portal (francophone university agency). Lrhoul Hanae is currently president and founder of the Moroccan association for the development of scientific information aiming to develop the open access and open repository in the North Africa region. She also serves on the board of the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journal) as Associate Editor for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and she’s The chapter lead of Creative commons Morocco.
